We are building a register of experienced Call Centre and IT Help Desk agents for various inbound and outbound campaigns.

To be successful for an interview you will need to have proven tenure in a telephone based customer service role, have a superior understanding of contact centre environments and be a highly motivated individual, driven by success. This role differs from a traditional contact centre role as you have the opportunity to deal with call centre, admin and project mangement allowing your expertise in prioritisation and multi-tasking to shine.
